8. ECCAIRS 2 Help Desk

Administrators can access the E2 Help Desk through the Help Desk icon displayed on the top bar of the E2 Web Application in the right-hand corner:

Administrators can click on this icon, and the system will open the Help Desk page in a new tab on the web browser. They can start to communicate with the Help Desk through this Jira tool:
